Well, our experience was a little unique in the sense that we had an unexpected re-organization of management mid-project on our end. With my entrance to the project, picking up the pieces produces a different customer experience. It would have been nice to have more conference calls to discuss documents and verify validity, legal views, etc. The calls we did have were informative and productive, just rare. The update process of getting docs hosted was extremely tedious. Lots of repeated emails, calls etc. I think if had this project from the beginning and got tasks completed on time for the team we would have had a better experience. At the moment having Scott and Scott for cyber services has me uneasy and I would like to improve the relationship between S&S and Heartland AEA.
